In light of the acute state of two terminally ill people in my life (not me, I have only my usual physical infirmities), I'm going to have to set aside blogging for a while. I'm certain that I'll be back eventually, but don't know when.
Two funerals later (my father (at 81 after surviving for 15 years following being diagnosed with stage-4 pancreatic cancer and having an American football sized tumor removed at Mayo Clinic in Rochester and dying of a stroke) and the fellow lawyer whose office was immediately next to me and with whom I worked on countless cases over the last 5 years (at age 56 following a sudden and alarming recurrence of cancer), I am back, humbled, but moving on.
Take care of yourself and look forward to your return.
ReplyDeleteI hope things turn out alright for both you and your friends.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear it
ReplyDeleteYour blogging is appreciated, but quality takes effort. I hope things proceed as well as practicable for you and those you care about.
ReplyDeleteSorry to read that. Take care.

ReplyDeleteI really appreciate your concern.
I'm truly sorry, Andrew. Sending you a virtual but very sincere bear hug. We all die but it sucks nonetheless. :(
