explains at his blog that rumors of a major experimental indication of supersymmetric particles at the Large Hadron Collider, which would have been announced today, turned out to be unfounded. The latest LHC data simply increased the mass threshold below which a couple of types of proposed bosons in supersymmetric theory, stops (the supersymmetric partner of the top quark) and gluinos, have been ruled out experimentally.
