Stonehenge Was A Building And Not A Monument?

Like Woodhenge, Durrington Walls, Mount Pleasant, and The Sanctuary, Stonhenge was a large timber building. This was tentatively recognised by Tim Darvil in 1996, who called them Class Ei structures.

It could also be a building AND a monument: I tend to compare with stuff like big cathedrals and the like, which are clearly both.
